Our Story
Plan & Pop was founded by Lisa Wilms and Zoe Miller after the two began collaborating on events while working together at InfoTrust, a Cincinnati-area technology company. What started as working side-by-side on internal events quickly revealed how well their strengths complemented one another.
Lisa brings a strategic lens and broad experience designing events for professional communities and organizations. Zoe brings deep expertise in logistics, creative details, and community-centered experiences. Together, they discovered a shared belief: great events don’t just happen — they’re thoughtfully designed to create meaningful moments and lasting connections.
Through Plan & Pop, Lisa and Zoe help clients turn ideas into unforgettable experiences. From corporate gatherings and community celebrations to weddings and nonprofit events, their goal is simple: to make every event feel intentional, seamless, and a little bit magical.
